It is even spacious enough for a small family or group of friends with a Queen Bed and Twin Bed in the bedroom and a comfortable Queen Pull-out bed in the living room. This unit is located in the Heart of Orlando. 8 minutes from the Airport. 25 minutes from Universal. 30 minutes from Disney. 15 minutes from downtown! The Condo has a full kitchen with a stove top, full size refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. Complimentary Coffee is available for your stay with a Keurig and K Cups. A beautiful full bathroom with a tub/shower. AC and Heat as well as Washer and Dryer Unit for laundry. Your stay includes access to the Luxurious Ventura Country Club Community. An access Card is provided for full access to the Community Pool, and Gym located at the main Ventura Clubhouse. Your Access Card will give you access to the 2 private pools in the Southpointe Condominium as well. You have general access to Golf the Beautiful 18 Hole Ventura Golf Course. The Property is 24 Hour Man- Gated. Ventura Country Club is a 24 Hour Man Gated Community. Upon your reservation, you will be added to the guest list with the full name you are using through Airbnb. If check in Guest is someone with a different name please message and notify me Atleast 12 hours before your stay. If there are additional guests and additional vehicles, please also notify me with their first and last name so they can be added to the guest list. The Unit is on the Second Floor. There are no assigned parking spots and you can park in available spots near the unit. I am available through the Message box here. I will be sure to answer in a prompt and timely manner Very Quiet and Peaceful Neighborhood. Very tight knit community where everyone knows eachother and treats guests like their own. The Condominium is located in the country club. We ask that you do not hold any large parties or gatherings more than 7 guests at a time. Please no Loud noises or music after 7PM on weekdays and 10PM on Weekends. Please be courteous of neighbors and keep in mind this is a Condominium where families and children live. We ask that noise levels be kept down and to consider not disturbing the neighbors. We ask that you do not remove makeup with any towels or get makeup on any linens. Any makeup damage will be an automatic $40 charge for damages to Linen
