Parking one. car Must not have a car. Ride share and public transport is available! A beautiful little studio with private everything. Clean and comfy foam mattress. Cooking area with an induction stove a small oven and everything you need to prepare a nice breakfast or dinner. Small desk and chair. Wifi and TV included. If you are a family with kids we do not mind if you use an air mattress and can provide one. Check-in is 4pm, checkout is 10am.
The studio is all yours! Completely Private! With its own entrance. It’s like your own little private apartment studio with everything you need.
The house driveway is reserved for you. PLEASE park as far forward as possible to allow other cars to enter and exit the driveway. You will not be blocked in.
I am happy to help with anything you may need. Some days I may even be able to offer transportation or be a guide if you'd like. Please just ask!!!
Quiet family neighborhood.
There is a LYNX station about a block from here. That is Orlando's public transportation system. We recommend using Lyft or Uber to get around. We may also be able to pick you up from the airport. Please ask us if you have any questions.
Please not that Check in is at 4pm and Check out it at 10am.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
