The home is located in Paradiso Grande Resort Community, and our guests will have full access to all resort amenities. The main spaces of the home: - A SPACIOUS OPEN FLOOR PLAN LIVING SPACE, features a large plush sofa which is great for interacting and a large wall-mounted Smart TV & direct access to the pool and outdoor patio area. - A FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with granite countertops and high-end appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home and essential extras like a COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER, TOASTER, DISHWASHER! - A BREAKFAST BAR with 3 plush bar chairs for a snacktime or meal prep spot to sit. - A FORMAL DINING AREA with an elegant table and plush chairs to accommodate 8 for a peaceful sit-down meal at home. - A PRIVATE SCREENED POOL, and a COVERED OUTDOOR KITCHEN with BBQ Grill, DINING AREA & a modern sitting area. It’s the perfect setup for pool days/nights at home! - 6 comfortably furnished BEDROOMS (5 EN-SUITES), 6 FULL BATHROOMS accommodate 14 guests comfortably as such: BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed (Master Suite, 1st floor) BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen bed (En-Suite, 1st floor) BEDROOM 3: 1 King bed (En-Suite, 2nd floor) BEDROOM 4: 1 Queen bed (En-Suite, 2nd floor) BEDROOM 5: 2 full beds (Bunk Beds, Minions themed-bedroom, 2nd floor Full bathroom next to room) BEDROOM 6: 2 twin beds (Bunk Beds, Mickey themed-bedroom, En-suite, 2nd floor) - At the top of the stairs, Arcade Games & a Movie Room with a comfy sectional and plenty of space for family movie nights! - LAUNDRY ROOM with a WASHER, DRYER, IRON and IRONING BOARD for added convenience. - There’s a DRIVEWAY that fits up to 2 cars (the garage fits up to 2 cars and is available upon request). You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and private pool during your stay. Sanitized luxurious hotel linens and towels of 100% cotton (soft and absorbent) are provided free during your stay. Please note if the bed linens or towels are cut or tarnished in any way, there will be a $15 charge for each damaged item. We do provide a few other essentials to make you feel at home when you arrive, like trash bags in the trash cans, some paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items, however, are not replenished. There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $40/night. Please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in if you’d like it heated, as it takes time to fully heat the pool. There’s an additional fee of $35 if pool heating is requested at check-in or later, as we’ll have to send a technician. All food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket. There are surveillance cameras at the property for security reasons and to ensure guest safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed at the property. For Service Animals, you will need to advise in advance, and a pet fee will apply. - Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. If any party or event is discovered, guests will be evicted without a refund and will also incur a $500 penalty charge. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
