The condo suite is conveniently located on the first floor and features brand-new appliances, vinyl and tile flooring throughout (no carpet), and a one-bedroom layout with two queen beds. One bed is firmer, and the other is softer, allowing you to choose based on your comfort preference. A Pack ’n Play is also available for guests traveling with an infant. The separate living room offers a comfortable couch, a table for two, and a versatile coffee table that folds up for dining. The building amenities include: • An outdoor pool and hot tub • BBQ grill area • Arcade game center • Basketball court • Laundry facilities (located on the 4th floor, coin-operated) • Free parking • A small fitness gym (accessed with a key card provided inside the unit — please do not leave the complex without it, as a replacement fee will apply if lost) Please note that while this condo is located inside StaySky Suites, it operates independently from the hotel. This means you won’t have access to hotel services like daily housekeeping or concierge, but you do have full access to shared amenities including the pool, hot tub, fitness center, arcade, and laundry facilities. There’s also a 24/7 front desk where you can purchase drinks and snacks. Please use the main entrance when entering the building. The auxiliary entrances require an owner’s access card, but the main entrance is open 24/7 without a card. You’ll access the unit via a keypad using a unique code that will be provided before your stay. Please do not check in at the front desk — head directly to the unit for a smooth and easy arrival.
