You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are 15 mins away from the airport & the nearest grocery store is 20 mins walking distance. The Disney parks and downtown Orlando are ~ 30 mins away. We are a family friendly host and willing to help you have an amazing vacation full of fun! Feel free to consume the drinks in that fridge. They are complimentary for your stay. The fridge in the kitchen is private, not available for guests - You can use the microwave, utensils, cups, plates and toaster in the kitchen - No cooking on the oven/stove - The coffee maker in the kitchen is for your use. Please use the milk in the garage refrigerator - The other rooms in the house are off limits. - Limit is 2 people per stay - No parties/pets/smoking - Check in is after 3 pm and check out is before 12 pm Parking and Access to Property: - Once you book, I will let you know what side of the driveway you can use to park and the door code
