Whether working remotely or recharging, enjoy an expandable desk, memo board, USB/power outlets, optional extra monitor, and complimentary Keurig coffee. Relax in the shared backyard lounge with direct access to the Clear Lake canal, a quiet spot where cranes and lake birds can often be seen throughout the day. The shared bathroom includes a south-facing shower window with frosted glass for privacy and natural light. A short walk across the canal brings you to a peaceful public park with open fields, shaded benches, a chess table, picnic areas, and a fishing dock. Canoe rental available for $50 per day. Private bedroom with shared access to the entry area, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and theater room. A comfortable, lived-in home with space to cook, relax, and move at your own pace. I work from home, so we’ll likely cross paths during the day. Your privacy is respected, and I’m always open to a quick chat if it comes up naturally. There’s one other housemate and a friendly Bernedoodle 🐾 on the property also. A dog gate is available if you’d prefer to keep space from pets. This home is located in a diverse neighborhood of family homes mainly built in the 1960’s.
