🌺 Welcome to your home away from home in Orlando! Perfect for the whole group, located in a safe neighborhood and close to the downtown area.
We also have a recently added pickleball/ basketball court available for use with your stay!
🏡Two story unit in duplex. The space is divided into a kitchen, dining space, two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of which is also a living space.
Included: Free parking on the premises. Free wifi.
Ground floor:
👩🏻🍳 Kitchen: fully equipped with what you would need for a short stay. Included: cooking essentials (oil, salt&pepper etc.)
🍽 Dining area: gorgeous marble table with four chairs and two bar chairs.
🛏 Bedroom 1: queen bed
🛁 Bathroom 1: freestanding bathtub and spacious shower. Included: towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner.
🐶 Pets are allowed on the ground floor only. No pets in the beds.
Upstairs:
🛋🛏 Living room/bedroom 2: large space with king bed, couch (sofa bed), TV and designated work space.
🚿Bathroom 2: shower/bath tub.
🫧 Washer/dryer available on site. Washing detergent included.
🏓🏀 Pickleball and basketball court: available able to use from 8am-5pm. (shared space with our other airbnb)
🏠 You will have access to the whole two story guesthouse which has private entrance and exit.
We also provide access to a pickleball court which is in a shared yard space. Access is available between 8am-5pm during your stay.
📲 We will be available during your stay and can be reached through the Airbnb app.

🏘 Our neighborhood is both quiet and safe. It is centrally located, with major supermarkets, amazing restaurants and the downtown area of Orlando all within a 10 min drive!
🚙 Getting around in our neighborhood is super easy and you can park for free out front.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
