Connect your streaming apps to the Smart TV’s in the private Living Room or Bedroom areas for movies & showtimes, or wind down and soak up the complimentary bath bombs in our spacious bathtub. 🛀 Surely, this is a place you will love & feel relaxed! Located centrally near Downtown, Midtown and East Orlando, you’ll find everything you need and desire on your Florida trip, nearby. Not to mention an expressway ride away from all major theme parks, like Disney and rural areas, on the West side as well. Upon arrival onto the driveway, you will find a beautiful landscaped home where you immediately lock eyes on the Main Front Door; Unit #1. It has a small porch area with outside seating at the entrance, where guest can enjoy a morning breeze or afternoon sun. Upon entering this Mini, but spacious Home for two, you are greeted by Modern decor with Farmhouse accents, that give the Home an eclectic but warm welcome. Into the entry way, you will find an open concept Kitchen & Dining area, that has been designed for your enjoyment to feel at home. Off to the side & in another room of this welcoming entrance, is our Living Room area, which can be sealed off into a private setting by its large Barn Doors. You will find a small couch w/ throws, pillows and a big flat screen Smart TV for your enjoyment. Just down the short hall, two doors will lead to our cozy Bedroom and Bathroom, designed with comfort & modern aesthetics in mind. *The Room is set up with a Smart Roku TV for your pleasure, freshly washed bedding and storage/ hanger space for your clothing and personal items. *The Bathroom is ready with clean linens, toiletries, soaps and a few bath bombs, to enjoy our shower and tub. Guest can access the entire inside of the home, with the exception of some cabinets or closets that are locked for the owner’s personal items. Each area has been carefully curated and designed to cater to guests needs, whether in the kitchen or the bedroom, guest are sure to have a fully equipped & comfortable home. The front porch area is also available to use, where guest can enjoy coffee or a cocktail with the great weather Florida has to offer. During your stay, my designated Co-Host, Obe Santos, is available to you anytime! Feel free to reach out on the Airbnb app via the message center, and he will respond as soon as possible; usually immediately. Obe may also be available in person, as he is local with another Airbnb he Hosts on site. Therefore, he may be able to attend you in person as needed. Do not hesitate to reach out. 😀 Quiet & safe neighborhood in a busy, popular area. Location is near a variety of businesses; including a popular Bowling Alley just up the road. A vehicle is recommended for travel. Private parking for 1 vehicle on property. This is a No Smoking allowed property, and we ask all guest that book this agree to that and acknowledge this important detail before confirming a stay. There are signs around the home inside & outside that specify No Smoking, so we kindly ask that potential guest respect this rule, and we thank you in advance.
