Conveniently located few minutes from the Florida Mall, 12 minutes from Orlando Intl Airport, 15 minutes from Universal Studios, International Drive and the Premium Outlets. Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure this is the right place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. You may reserve 1 or 2 guest bedrooms in our house depending on your group’s size (5 people max). You will have access to your own private bathroom, living room and a beautiful large pool patio to enjoy and relax. Netflix Free Parking, private small refrigerator with water bottles, microwave, coffe maker and a full private bathroom with all the essentials as soap, shampoo, conditioner and fresh clean towels. You have the option to book 1 room for 1-2 guests or 2 rooms for parties of 3-5 guests. We only do one airbnb booking at a time to ensure the best possible experience. You will have access to a large living room, and also to the screened patio pool to relax during your stay. I can also provide transportation from or to the airport for a fee if needed. For your convenience and easy access main door have a smart lock. We will provide you with an entrance code. Please keep in mind, that the cleaning fee is to cover the cost of the clean up after you check out to prepare for the next guest, daily housekeeping is not included. Large living room next to your rooms. Private Bathroom. Screen Pool. Laundry and Kitchen are NOT included. We will help with anything you need. You can have as much interaction as you want, or as little. We love people, so if you want to talk... we would love to get to know you. If you are here on business and just want to go sleep in your private room, we will respect that. Conveniently located with restaurants like Ale House, Panera, Red Lobster, Outback Steak House, Olive Gardens and much more, and stores like Target, Best Buy, Toys R Us, Publix, Walmart, The Florida Mall and others within a couple of miles. There is public transportation within walking distance or you can use Uber/Lyft. Must be ok with my 2 small yorkies they are quiet, friendly, and do not shed (hypoallergenic); I also have an entertaining parrot host that will welcome you with a "Hello" and maybe an "I love you" but don't worry she doesn't make much noise and sleep quietly.
