The room offers a queen mattress bed, mini-fridge, microwave, and a 32” Roku TV with Netflix and streaming apps (bring your own accounts). Enjoy plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware for two, plus a modern minimalist café table with seating for two, ideal for enjoying a meal, coffee, or working comfortably on a laptop. The studio also includes hooks, hangers, and two luggage valet stands with serving trays. Smoking is allowed only on the private outdoor deck, which has its own seating area. The modern bathroom includes a blow-dryer and iron for clothing, but please bring your own toiletries like shower gel and hair products. The Studio is completely partitioned off from the home with no access into the rest of the condo for complete privacy! There is a Publix supermarket 2 blocks away to pick up anything you need for your stay! I will be happy to answer questions. Bus lines are close-by ($2.00 oneway to Universal with 6 stops along the way, 30 min trip-time because of numerous stops), Uber/Lyft access (Lyft approx $7.50 before tip, trip time 5 min because its direct DOOR to DOOR drop off)
