My home was built in 58' the first thing you will notice walking through the front door besides the big modern kitchen and terrazzo floors, will be the view onto the canal that leads to Clear Lake. My home is a good representation of who I am. Should be because I painted it! Everything in it has its own story of where I've been and what I've been doing for the past 25 years. The decor reflects a chill beach vibe with family vintage pieces throughout. Like the traveller everyone has a story. My place is a canal front home on Clear lake. There are fantastic sunset and sunrise views of downtown with Camping World Stadium on the other-side of the lake. The First Baptist Church os within walking distance that host major events all year long. The Orlando International airport, Executive Airport and Disney are 25 minutes from my location. I am central to everything 10 minutes to Universal, Dowtown, Orlando Regional Medical center and shopping from farmers markets to luxury boutiques. Guests have full use of the kitchen, common areas and laundry. I have maintained high standards of cleaning between guests stays. You are my guest and I would love for you to feel at home. If you forget any of your essentials for travel including cleaning and sanitizing supplies. Don’t stress, I keep a nicely stocked hall closet for your convenience so that you don’t miss a beat! I love entertaining and that’s why I offer breakfast in the morning. If you are more of the introvert or just want to have time to yourself. I will be happy to give you what ever space you need. I feel I’m pretty good at reading people’s needs but I’m not perfect and no offense taken if you feel it necessary to let me know. I love living here because who doesn’t love to live on water? My neighbors are awesome, helpful and friendly. Located close to everything! All the parks, downtown, Camping World Stadium, Amway Center, International Drive, The Dr.Phillips Performing Arts Center, Orlando Regional Medical Center and the Orlando Convention center. Quiet honestly for the international traveler that is use to a great transit network, Orlando is not bus transit friendly. Rent a car, get the sun pass ( Toll pass) if you plan on exploring the state and our beautiful beaches or it could end up a nightmare in fees on our toll ways. Uber is a great way to get around if you choose not to get a rental! Think of it as going to stay at your favorite Aunts house. Make your self comfortable enjoy the back yard, pick some mango’s for a snack , crack a cold one, play some corn hole or lay in the shade and read a book in the hammock. It’s a vibe.
