This cottage is a unique free-standing detached dwelling in the heart of Lawsona Park in the Historic District in downtown Orlando. It sits behind the owner's main house in the back of the lot; privacy is not an issue. The cottage is loaded with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. We are close to highways to visit Universal, Disney World, Sea World any more attractions in central Florida. In addition, Uber is a very good option for transportation. Cottage has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, relaxing, comfortable and a place to call home away from home. Paved patio space off the French doors of the bedroom is welcoming to our guests. We have cushions for all the chairs, however they are stored to stay dry-If they are not out for use, please let us know and we get them for you. If you want to use the fire pit, let us know and we can assist. We have s’mores sticks and mountain pie makers available as well. We are available for any questions, tips or conversation during your stay. We want you to feel welcome and comfortable. It’s up to our guests the amount of interaction they want to have with us. We respect their privacy. Our home is nestled in the heart of the historic district in downtown Orlando. Cobblestone streets and walking distance to historic parks, restaurants and bars. We are walking distance to many restaurants, bars and parks. Uber is available as well. Street parking for guests. If you are interested in the theme parks and don't have a rental car, uber is the best option for transportation. We are approx. 16 miles from Walt Disney World, 8 miles from Universal Studios and 11 miles from Sea World. If you don't have a vehicle, Uber's are very accessible in our area.
