We are a family that likes to meet different people and cultures. It's a family home. The house and bedroom are quiet as well as the whole condominium. Our house is open for people who want to take vacation, who come to work and / or need a safe place and cozy with their home. For those who want to enjoy the city: Disney, Universal, Seaworld, outlets... and simple city tours are always welcome. We make sure your stay is comfortable, convenient, and unforgettable. The room is located in a large 4 bedroom house with 2 floors in a gated community. The bedroom is on the second floor and has a cozy queen bed, minibar, microwave, smart TV, iron, clothes hangers, table and chair. And amenities for the first day. The kitchen is no available. Behind the house we have a swimming pool and a small green area. The comunity has a lake and also a swimming pool that you can enjoy. Home is 10 to 15 minutes from the international airport, 17 to 23 minutes from two Disney parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood, and Animal Kingdom), 17 minutes to Seaworld, 19 minutes to Universal Studios, and 15 minutes to or outlets. I can walk to markets like Walmart neighborhood, Publix restaurants, and academy. Owners live on site and manage the day-to-day life of common areas. However, they have their own space and like to stay out of the way.
