It is not a duplex, the other door is to a locked garage. Conveniently located between the Airport and Port Canaveral. Orlando Speed World and all of the great attractions are a stones throw away. You will access the guesthouse from a shared driveway, will have privacy of a wall and yard between the main house and guesthouse. Our guesthouse offers everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. Enjoy a large cozy couch with recliners, a tv mounted in the living room, a king size bed, a walk in closet that offers plenty of space to unpack your luggage, a fully equipped bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs. 400+GB WiFi. Direct TV service. You'll conveniently access the home with a code and can drive back to this completely separate and private guest house to check in. We have security cameras on the main property but none on apartment. There is a camera on RV shed facing down the driveway, when it sees a car, it turns on front porch light for 5 minutes so you can see the keypad etc. We give our guests full privacy and are available if needed. If you need anything at all, we are happy to help and provide guidance. We are always just a call or text away. If for some reason a third person will need to stay, you will need to get permission from the owner before booking your stay.
