Plan your next family vacay at our condo in the Worldquest Resort! We’re Located minutes from Disney World, the Orange County convention center, Universal Studios, and other attractions. Our condo is uniquely situated to give you beautiful lake views! And the parking is ALWAYS free. Enjoy resort style amenities, like a heated swimming pool, gym, and a convenience store. As a “Good Neighbor” resort, an on-site Disney concierge will help you plan your Disney trip! We hope to welcome you soon! Our home is the perfect retreat for your entire family or getaway with friends! It is very spacious and will comfortably hold six grown adults, as well as all your belongings and still provide ample space to move around or to kick back and relax. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! On top of being just a few minutes from Disney World and Universal Studios our condo’s location offers easy access to championship golf courses, airboat tours through the Everglades, world class shopping at Disney Springs, and the Orange County convention center! We are also situated close to the i4 freeway! Various markets and restaurants are conveniently located close to our condo! When it comes to the safety of your friends and family, our condo is in a gated community with 24 hour security at the gate! Our one-of-a-kind Lake view makes our condo unique among the condos at the Worldquest Resort! Wild alligators can occasionally be seen from the patio going in and out of the lake! We have a fully stocked kitchen with upgraded, stainless steel appliances, to make cooking a breeze! And you can choose to enjoy your meal inside or outside on the balcony with the beautiful Lake view! Every room in our home has a TV with Roku device attached to it so you can feel free to stream your favorite shows at any time! A FEW THINGS TO NOTE: •Our home offers a washer and dryer for your convenience! •Lot parking is available for up to three vehicles on a first come first serve basis. A parking pass is required, but given for free at the front desk. . •Shuttle service to and from the parks is available at the concierge desk in the lobby for a fee of $5 per person (subject to change). • Portable crib is available in our condo. My husband and I are available to address any of your needs concerns or questions at any time! We look forward to hosting you! The parking is free. Simply drive past the security gate, head towards the building in the resort and find a place to park in the open parking lot. Parking is a first-come, first-serve basis and guests will need to pick up a permit at the front lobby of the clubhouse. The lobby is open 24/7 for your convenience and the permit is free. The resort offers shuttle service to and from the amusement parks for a fee of $5 per person. (subject to change ). Simply go to the concierge desk in the lobby to make the arrangements! During your stay, my husband and I will be easily accessible to you to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. We pride ourselves in customer service and want to earn your business over and over again. When you book with us, you become part of our little family and we want to treat you as such with all the love and respect that it entails. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We are about 2 miles from Disneyworld!! We have grocery markets, restaurants, and shopping within 5 miles from the resort, including, but most certainly not limited to: -Aldi -Publix -Walmart Supercenter -Target and Target Grocery -Fossil Outlet -Longhorn steakhouse -and so much more!! We are less than 5 miles from Disney Springs which offers an array of shopping and dining experiences like no other! Due to the massive size of the state of Florida, we recommend that all guests rent a car for getting around. Do not worry about PARKING because parking is always free at our place with PLENTY of spots to park. Feel free to leave your car here while you uber/lyft to the parks nearby! Leave the stress at home, and make many memories here in Orlando with your family! For hygienic and sanitary reasons, we do not have dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We will provide small "hotel-sized" starting package of shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles in each room. The guest will be responsible to purchase their own shampoo, conditioner and body wash from the stores nearby to last the length of their stay. We also do not provide laundry detergent for safety reasons and because everyone has their own brand preference. However, detergent can be purchased at the marketplace in the front lobby if needed.
