Currently opening up this space for long term rentals (20-60 days). Perfect for travel nurses- about 10 min drive to Orlando Advent Health Hospital. This spot is perfect for 1 or 2 people looking for a private, welcoming place to stay! It is completely separate but does share a wall with the owners unit, so you could potentially hear some noises through there. The fenced in back yard is shared as well, both back doors open up to the yard. Its about 10 mins from downtown Orlando Relatively small room, private with bathroom, comfy, has window a/c unit if you'd like it cooler Quiet and safe! There are exterier security cameras for extra safety. Host does have 2 dogs so there may be occasional barking but will try our best to not let them bother you. Just a few mins drive takes you to the heart of college park with cute restaurants, shops and scenery You can park on the street/grass, no HOA so no strict rules! You can walk or bike but definitely need a car to get to most locations Again, there are dogs in the owners unit so you may hear occasional barking, but they're usually pretty quiet. Owners are 4/20 friendly. It shouldn't smell in the unit, but if you are sensitive to the smell, it may be best not to book here just in case
