Three bedrooms are accessible from a common hallway. The fourth place is accessible from the dining/open area. These rooms share a full bathroom. A larger suite that includes a full bath and a large walk-in closet is available only for longer-term stays.
The pool is accessible from the kitchen, suite, and one of the bathrooms.
The patio is covered, thus usable even in the rain.
No pets or smoking allowed anywhere on the premises.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
