Separate private entrance, fully furnished and safe location for walking, biking and public transportation. 5 minutes from the Downtown Orlando’s infamous Lake Eola Park, where locals gather for events, markets, restaurants and so much more. 10 minutes from Orlando International airport (MCO), 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and many more Florida attractions. Explore all the activities that Orlando has to offer The cottage is located in the rear of the property. It is a little bit of paradise! A large deck is available for casual grilling or enjoying a morning coffee. Take a nap in the cozy hammock. The rooms are spacious with beautiful decor. You can easily enjoy cooking in or taking a stroll to a near by eatery or a short Uber ride to Orlando’s downtown area. The cottage has its own entrance and privacy fencing. The access is easy with use of combo door setting or key. It is separate from the main house with its own common area. We want our guest to feel if they have a question to be able to call or text. It is very important their stay is exceptional! The cottage is located south of Orlando’s downtown called the SODO district and Delaney Park area. A park for picnics or recreational activity is less than a 1/4 mile. It is easy to come and go to activities. There is street parking and city transportation nearby. The orlando SunRail is approximately 1 mile from the cottage. Both Uber and Lift are an option for transportation. Also centrally located and 10 -15 to College Park, Winter Park, Maitland and Audubon Park. The cottage is usually rented by the week. It may be rented for 2 or more additional nights depending on availability. Also centrally located 10 -15 minutes to College Park, Winter Park, Maitland and Audubon Park. Checkin is at 1:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00AM. Exceptions may apply based on other bookings. There is a $85.00 cleaning fee. The cottage has a one car designated parking area near the cottage’s main gate entrance. The cottage is a non smoking accommodation.
