Relax at this peaceful and bright centrally-located guest suite in the charming neighborhood of Delaney Park approx 1 mile south from the heart downtown Orlando and Lake Eola. The space is attached to a Mediterranean style 1920s home with a private entrance at the back of the property. Delaney Park is surrounded by parks and lakes with a diverse community of water birds, including swans and geese, and brick-paved roads lined with oak trees draped in spanish moss perfect for strolling. The Delaney Guest Suite is a bright, airy, and cozy space with a french door private entrance at the rear of a 1920s Mediterranean home. Guests (2 max) have use of the wood deck and patio areas. Inside you'll find a full-sized bed with plenty of fluffy pillows and a soft comforter, with nightstands on either side. The bed faces a wall mounted smart TV above a credenza. The TV is loaded with Samsung TV plus and many streaming apps. There's a kitchenette with retro style mini fridge, microwave, and 3-in-1 toaster oven, grill, and coffee maker to the left of the credenza. Plates, cups, and silverware provided. To the right of the credenza is a full length mirror attached to the door leading into the main house which is double bolted. GUESTS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE MAIN HOUSE. Further to the right is the entry way to the full size bathroom and closet. NOTE: This is a studio and there is no door separating the bathroom/closet area from the bedroom (see photos), but there is a curtain for privacy. Bathroom essentials are provided. Parking is available in the driveway but please do not drive over the newly planted peanut cover plants. Street parking is also available 24/7. The Delaney Park neighborhood is a beautiful, friendly, and safe area with many parks and lakes within a few blocks of the guesthouse. We are located less than a mile from the heart of downtown Orlando and famous Lake Eola where you can experience the social scene of the City Beautiful. You can walk, rent a bike or a scooter, or call a Lyft/Uber to get around town. Disney and Universal Studios are only a 20 min drive away. We are also just 18 minutes away from Winter Park, another charming Orlando Neighborhood with great food and shops. Discount applied for extended stays of 1 month or more.
