Sit under the stars and string lights and nestle into your cozy beds, with your own dedicated central AC unit and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. Only 2 miles from downtown Orlando and directly off the I4 highway that takes you to every park & attraction. The Vintage Florida Vibes House has a new dedicated central AC unit to keep you cool in that Florida heat! Large cozy bedroom with Queen bed, multi-speed ceiling fan, couch with lap desk and light, Smart TV and DVD player, DVD collection, mirror, large closet with iron & ironing board, Pack & Play, pool towels, additional blankets and comforters. Main room features a daybed for luxurious TV watching that pulls out into two twin beds. 65” Smart TV. Dining table with 3 chairs. Full kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Bathroom with shower. Full length mirror. New sink and toilet. Classic vintage Florida outdoor pool and patio in great shape. Pool is not heated and is cleaned and maintained by a pool company on a weekly basis. It is not screened in, so some leaves and debris get in if that scares you. Yes, you can sit under the waterfall :) Outdoor gas grill available. Fire pit. Teak lounges. Table with large umbrella. Multiple seating areas. Outdoor Smart TV. Mature trees and plants. Parking for two cars. We are open to guests hosting parties, but you must discuss them first with the host to pre-approve. There are outdoor security cameras on the premises. They are present for the safety of our guests and property. Guests will have private access to the Vintage Florida Vibes House (which is a guesthouse) and the left side of the driveway. Shared access with the homeowner to the pool, patio and backyard. Host lives in the main house and is available should you need help during your stay, but does not bother guests. You can message him through Airbnb, or text via cell (provided before arrival). We are one block from Lake Holden. The neighborhood is old with large beautiful Oak trees. Great for a walk. One mile away are shopping centers with a Target, Walmart, Publix, and every kind of restaurant. We’re conveniently located off of I-4 near Michigan & Orange Ave! Our neighborhood is quiet with single family homes. Parking in the driveway is easy. Amazing location! Our home is close to two main highways (I-4 & 408) on the south side of Orlando, just 2 miles from Downtown, Camping World Stadium, Amway Center, and Lake Eola Park. Best of all, we're conveniently located off the highway exit, so you can get on I-4 to get to every park and attraction fast! There are no interior cameras. The neighborhood is safe and a closely nit community. Please be mindful and courteous to our neighbors. They are lovely people. The guesthouse is detached from the main house, but they share the pool patio.
