Entire guest suite. LAKEFRONT STUDIO APARTMENT (private entrance)

This studio apartment is located in the lower level of our home and is perfect for one or two people. It has a private entrance, a king bed, overlooks the pool and the lake with views of downtown Orlando. Please note there is no kitchen, but there is a wetbar with microwave and mini fridge. In addition to the indoor shower, there is also a outdoor shower and a dock with canoe. Please also note the inside ceiling height is lower than average at 6'3”. The space is a built out lower level basement with its own private entrance. If you are really tall, this probably is not a good match for you as the ceiling height is 6'3". If you are not a dog lover, this is not the right place for you as you will share the backyard with our energetic mini-poo. We are dedicated to hosting travelers and do not host guests living in the local area. The space has no kitchen but rather a wet bar with large mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It also has wireless internet and a a 65" tv with Apple TV giving you access to Netflix, HBO Max, with live TV via HULU. We also have a Bose Wave Radio (with stereo auxiliary bluetooth connector for music on your device), ice cold Mitsubishi AC unit, pool, spa, private outdoor shower, lakefront living with dock, canoe all in the heart of Downtown Orlando! In addition to being Superhosts we were named the 2018 #1 Wish-listed property in Orlando and Orange County, Florida! We currently have 400+ 5.0 Star reviews. Guests will never be required to preform check out chores as you are on vacation! Your space is the lower level and is accessible via brick walkway/steps which lead through a tropical jungle down the side of the house to our backyard oasis. We are not handicap accessible. You'll have a private space and we're here if you need anything. We have a playful pup named Dude who plays in the backyard and may come sniff you if you're out on the patio. We enjoy using our backyard/pool and enjoy meeting travelers and may offer you an adult beverage and conversation in the evening. We will also respect your privacy as well. We are located just south of downtown in a historic neighborhood, a block from ORMC hospital (you may hear a life flight helicopter during your stay). We are also very close to the downtown nightlife, restaurants, The Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center and Amway Arena. The heart of downtown is one mile away. Charming Winter Park is 8 miles away. Universal Studios is 9 miles away (20 minute drive) and Disney is 18 miles away (30 minute drive). From the Airport, take the #11 Bus (A side, level one) to Downtown and get off at the South Orange Ave and Fernwood St. bus stop. We're a block from a LYNX bus stop and three blocks to the Amtrak/Orlando Health Train Station. Many of our guests like to use Uber while here. It's only a $5 ride from our house to downtown. The space has a lower than average ceiling height of 6'3". The space is very cozy and has a sort of camping feel, but more like Glamping with all the amenities. The Hot tub is heated by gas and takes about 15 minutes to heat up. The pool is not heated and is chilly from late October to mid-April. There is no kitchen but the space does have a wetbar, minifridge, microwave and coffee maker.
