Located near the heart of downtown, our place has a quaint feel with so much to offer. The studio is attached to the house but is completely separated from us. Private entrance and private area with also everything such as bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen which is fully equipped. The studio offers plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, shopping plazas, etc. We are close to ORMC medical center located near downtown Orlando. The best part, is that we are only 15 min from Orlando airport! A studio that has been completely renovated! We converted our two car garage into a private, luxury studio for anyone who is looking for an affordable stay in Orlando! Our small, yet comfortable studio offers a queen size bed with memory foam mattress with full ultra comfort! One full bathroom, flatscreen TV, Free Hulu, Netflix and fast Wifi. The only thing we do share is the washer and dryer. The rest we are completely separated. Brand new kitchen appliances, microwave, coffee maker with complementary coffee for our guest. And we take Covid seriously, so we make sure to properly disinfect the room for each guest! The entire studio will be available to our guest. Complete privacy and will be given a passcode upon arrival. We love to give our guest their complete privacy. But if for some reason we are ever needed, we are available right away to help. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and close to many terrific options nearby . Beautiful Holden Park is nearby for an relaxing walk or romantic picnic for that matter. We have so much to offer near our neighborhood! City Transportation (LYNX BUS Service is available, however limited schedule is available. Uber, Lyft are always available, and your own transportation is highly recommended in order to maximize your stay in Orlando. Our studio is not the biggest, yet by far not the smallest in the world! We have no curfew! We have no cleaning policies other then to take the trash out front and not leave food out. And on top of that, you can make as much noise as you want.
