Welcome to my studio in Orlando at Lake Davis! It's the perfect place to stay during your visit to this vibrant city. Located in the popular Lake Davis neighborhood, this rental is just a stone's throw away from Orlando's most popular neighborhoods (1 mile to downtown Thornton Park and Lake Eola) and next to the beautiful and peaceful Lake Davis, which is known for its abundance of wildlife and scenic walking trails. Stays longer than a week I will pay for a laundry delivery service. ($50/week) Studio apartment with a comfy sleeper sofa (sleeper has an 8-inch mattress) Messaging via AirBnb is ideal but in the rare event I do not respond please call or text my personal number. Next to the beautiful and peaceful Lake Davis, which is known for its abundance of wildlife and scenic walking trails. The studio has easy highway access and all major theme parks are about a 30 minute drive away. 5 minute drive to Downtown Orlando, including Dr. Philips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Arena, and Exploria Stadium. A 20 minute stroll to Downtown Thorton Park and beautiful Lake Eola. 2 minute walk to Lake Davis and 903 Mills Market - a comfy neighborhood cafe-market deli that offers a full menu and serves beer and wine. Ten minute and under drive to Orlando’s hippest districts - Mills/50, Milk District, Hourglass, Ivanhoe Village, Audubon Park.
