The home is located off a one way street. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles on-site, and the home's close proximity to the 408 and I4 (Orlando's two main east/west thoroughfares) means all Orlando has to offer is easily accessible. We have an outdoor noise policy in place with quiet times enforced between 10pm and 8am. If you’re looking for a party house, this isn’t going to be the listing for you.
