Completely private upstairs apartment. We live on the first floor. We offer two bedrooms, private bath, sitting room/desk and kitchenette, all EXCLUSIVELY yours. TV, coffee, breakfast bars and muffins are provided. Lounge on the front porch or enjoy a leisurely stroll around two beautiful lakes. Walk downtown (15-20 minutes) to restaurants and bars or just around the lake for a relaxing outdoor breakfast. This 2 bedroom 1 bath accommodation with adjacent sitting room allows up to four people to enjoy a beautiful colonial home. You have COMPLETE PRIVACY UPSTAIRS. Our home is in one of the oldest sections of Orlando with a beautiful front porch overlooking a lake, swans, ducks, geese and other native birds. We have free and safe parking in our driveway. We love to interact with our quests, but understand that people often want to relax, read, or just be alone to enjoy the day! We have lived in Florida for over 40 years and are most willing to help our guests get the most out of their time spent in Florida. What do we love about our neighborhood-Everything! Our home was built in 1940 and is probably one of the younger ones in this historic district. While you feel suburban as you walk the brick streets, you are less than a mile from the lovely downtown area. We are also very close to the main highways, I-4 and the 408. That makes access to the entertainment capital a breeze. You really need a car in central Florida and we do have free parking. but Uber cabs are always available! . Once you have booked our home, we can provide directions to our house and the best routes to your desired destinations.
