Private room in home. Quiet Oasis in Lovely Neighborhood

We are 10 minutes south of downtown Orlando in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. ORMC, Arnold Palmer, and Winnie Palmer Hospitals are just 2.6 miles away, or 10 minutes by back road. Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes away, and we are within a few minutes of all major transportation arteries. Universal and the Convention Center are about 20 minutes away and Disney is about 30 minutes. Private entrance to a large non-smoking bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom overlooking the pool and hot tub. The room is large enough to accommodate an air mattress for children . If you need a crib or air mattress in the room it is $25 additional. Pool, grill, & laundry facilities available with reservation, but must be arranged. Well behaved pets under 25 pounds are welcome with a daily $10.00 pet fee per animal and no more than two pets. Smoking inside is prohibited, but allowed outside the screened pool area. Private entrance and separated from main living area, (mother-in-law suite) by access code to electronic lock. Contact Bunker at (407) 883-5399 for your code. You have access to the laundry , pool and hot tub, grill on the patio with coordination. Parking in our driveway. We entertain quite often, so if you stay with us you can join our parties if you wish. We use our pool or our hot tub almost daily, and we welcome you to join us. We live in a very lovely neighborhood, lots of trees and very quite. If you aren't renting a car Uber and Lyft are available to go anywhere. Approximately $12 + tip to the airport and Universal, $20+tip to Disney. Many restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping is available within 1 mile. The bus system isn't recommended in Orlando unless you have a long time and are not in a hurry. We have a friendly cat.
