Welcome! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space; the perfect home base for business travelers or Orlando explorers. My husband (he/him) and I (she/her) live here with our rabbit and 6 lb hypoallergenic dog. Out of respect for our guests with allergies, our pets are not permitted in guest private spaces during their stay and all bedding and materials are thoroughly cleaned prior. We're both big foodies and would be happy to recommend local spots around town! The house is located on a quiet street in the Hourglass District; and within a walkable distance (~30 sec-5 min) to many restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery, and other local businesses. Guests will have access to: → a private bedroom, with French doors leading to a small outdoor seating area → a private ensuite bathroom → a parking space → shared common areas (kitchen, living, dining, laundry, outdoor areas) ------------------- Tea, coffee, and sparkling water are available for guests at the bar. The fridge is available for food storage and kitchen can be used for minor food preparation or light cooking. Cable isn't available, but the wifi is good enough for streaming. ------------------- With a car, the house is located: → 9-10 min to Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center → 10-15 min to the Kia Center → 11-15 min to Camping World Stadium → 15-20 min to Orlando International Airport* → 20-40 min to Universal Studios, Disney World, and Sea World* → 17-30 min to UCF and Rollins* → 4-6 min to Publix, Winn Dixie, and other local grocery stores → close to Hourglass District, Downtown Orlando, Mills50, East End Market, Winter Park, Ivanhoe Village, the Milk District, College Park, and many more local food spots, gardens, and neighborhoods! *Note: Traffic is factored in for these time estimates, but they may vary due to congestion. We're happy to follow your lead! You can expect a lot of privacy since the guest room and most common spaces are on the first floor. Our bedroom and offices are on the second floor. We both work from home, so we're generally around if you need us. We have a 6lb maltipoo and a rabbit on the premises. Our rabbit, Toro, is kept upstairs; but you might see Mango when we're in the common areas.
