There is a shared entrance/foyer/front door that give access to all of the units. There is also a set of stairs that goes to the second and third floor. This is a private 2 bed, 2 bath, full kitchen unit and has its own locked/digital code door. It has a beautiful view of lake hourglass for you to enjoy. Is also has access to a furnished, third floor, rooftop deck and a shared laundry. Our adult child lives on the third floor in another private unit. There are two parking spots with pavers and gravel. ONE of the spots is for this unit. There is only one parking space. Additional cars will need park on street or park elsewhere.
