Entire rental unit. URBAN STUDIO IN TRENDY NEIGHBORHOOD

Our studio is just outside the hub of the City of Orlando. We are in close to Lake Eola, down-town, and the cultural corridor, as well as many family-friendly activities. You will love this neighborhood because of the ambiance and the trendy, urban-culture vibe. There is something for everyone, all are welcome. We are an Eco-friendly, energy-saving property; doing our best to protect our planet, while providing a comfortable, sanitary living space. We use Eco-friendly cleaning products that are non-toxic and have 0% VOCs. This creates an allergen-free, germ free environment. We also use smart home technology with LED light bulbs that enable us to conserve energy and remain energy efficient. We also recycle. A standard, full size kitchen that is completely stocked with all the kitchen ware you could need. Additionally a kitchen sitting area. A private bathroom with basic toiletries and bath linens. A queen-size, real bed and a queen - size, premium sofa sleeper with a built-in extra comfort layer to ensure that you don't feel the support bar. Sleeping accommodations are for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. (I would not reccomend putting 2 older teens on a queens size pull out. I believe about the age of 12 - ish, depending the size of the child is a good age for 2 children to share a pull - out) A television and internet access. Reasonable closet space and additionally drawers to place your clothing. A fully fenced, private yard with outdoor patio furniture for relaxing. We are native southerners, so yes we are friendly. We would like to interact with guests as often as possible. However, as approachable as we are, we do value our privacy; additionally we completely respect yours. We both have very demanding jobs that call us away often, so it is quite possible we may be out of town. Also to note; this is not a shared space. You have your own private entrance to come and go as you please, without concern of bothering one another. If you need something that we can assist with to make your stay more pleasant, don't hesitate to speak up. We are in a fantastic location that includes so many nearby business establishments in walking distance to our residence i.e. a grocery, a drugstore, post office, ect. Additionally, we are just a short distance from the I-4 Corridor making access to all Orlando has to offer easy. Yes there is public transportation. You can walk to the major bus line which is the lynx bus system. Additionally the Sunrail train system is conveniently close by. There is also a free bus that services the downtown Orlando area called the Lymmo, which is operated by the Lynx bus system. We also have both Uber and Lyft in our area as well as private taxi services. Please note the the studio which has it's own separate address; is accessible from it's own the front driveway facing the main Street. Additionally, not to be mistaken, there is 1 queen-sized, real bed and 1 queen-size PREMIUM sofa sleeper with a built-in extra comfort layer to ensure that you don't feel the support bar.
