You have access to a private room in a brand new construction house. This unit is in the charming area of Thorton Park. There are many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and boutique shops within walking distance, including Lake Eola with a farmers market on Sundays. You have access to an en suite bathroom for added privacy including a walk-in closet with drawers and a queen size bed. It’s a south facing, which allows for a lot of natural light. Guest have access the downstairs of the house which includes the beverage bar, pool, and dining room. The space will be shared with us Access to the private ensuite bed and bathroom. The beverage center with a fridge, dishwasher, and coffee and tea is in the main living area and shared with us. There is a covered lanai with a table, bbq, fridge and griddle. The pool, hot tub, and backyard are available to guests but are shared with us the homeowners. All items must be cleaned after use or a cleaning fee will incur. We are happy to heat the hot tub once during your stay for 1hr. Anything additional will incur a fee During your stay please feel free to text Andrea or Chris as we will be in the home but we definitely give you your space. This is a shared space with the home owners. Your room is the guest room with a private bathroom and closet. This is a no shoes home. Please keep that in mind before booking. There are many bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Lake Eola is a five minute walk from our home.
