Our tiny home is not so tiny. We have a queen bed in the bedroom. Full size bathroom with shower and tub. Full kitchen including a dishwasher. Living area has a leather queen sofa sleeper. We have Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer and dryer accessible. Has its own parking and entrance that is private. Fenced yard for your furry friends. We welcome dogs and do not charge a pet fee, but do not allow cats. We now have a new rescued dog named Limbo. This tiny house has two entrances with living room, kitchen, bath and bedroom along with a big screen TV. You have your own private parking. Guests have place to themselves with their own private parking. I live in main house. Available by cell and willing to help with questions, directions or recommendations College park is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Orlando. It has cobble streets with very large mature oak trees amongst million dollar homes. Area is safe and centrally located to downtown, hospitals and parks. Guests will have their own private parking. Not shared. More parking on the street if necessary. We allow dogs but do not allow cats.
