The Nest is located within minutes of some of the best areas Orlando has to offer: Lake Eola, Downtown Business and Health Districts. Disney and Universal are 20 minutes away. The Nest is new, bright and comfortable. Enjoy cooking in the well-appointed kitchen or head over to the famous Maxine's the best neighborhood restaurant just a half a block away! The neighborhood is lovely and walkable. The Nest is strictly NO SMOKING. The Nest was built just 2 years ago and is in pristine condition. It's a great place to stay while visiting Orlando for work, health or play. Come stay at the Nest! The Nest is an "over the garage" apartment. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a young family renting the front house. It's perfect for a business trip, a quiet get-away for everything from enjoying the restaurants of the nearby area of Mills50, The Milk District, Thornton Park and downtown Orlando to visiting someone at the many health facilities located close by. We can have a no-contact experience unless something is needed. I live a few blocks away. The Nest is officially located in Colonialtown South, yet it is on the lines with Thornton Park and Eola Heights. Mills 50 and the Milk District are close by! There are numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance and Maxine's on Shine is a half a block away! It's the best neighborhood restaurant in Orlando. There is ample street parking in front of the house. The area is wonderfully walkable and mass transit is easily navigated. We are very responsive with guests needs and we clean and sanitize thoroughly to keep you and your family safe and healthy. The Nest is strictly NO SMOKING. A penalty of $500 will be assessed if there is evidence of any tobacco products being used. We want to keep the allergens down for all of our guests-especially those visiting their sick children at Advent Children's Hospital.
