Charming and full of character, located in the Park at Lake Highland Neighborhood. This 1920s property hosts a rear guest house for visiting guests. This area is surrounded with hundreds of restaurants within walking distance of 1 mile vicinity. It is an excellent place to walk or bike to many of the local nooks such as Mills 50, Ivanhoe Village, Thorton Park, Lake Eola and College park. Rated #1 neighborhood in Central Florida. Just walked down the historic brick path onto the patio that leads to the guest house. There is a side yard with a chimnea fireplace they can also be used with caution. There is an oak tree swing that is pretty to use it anytime of day. Yes we would love to meet guests, we do work quite a bit at the local hospital and are often times home in the evening or at night. We also give space to guests and also respect privacy. We are often out of town traveling about a quarter of the time. many types of food are available nearby for all the foodies. Anything from seafood to Korean barbecue, Japanese, Italian, street food, vegan, brisket, healthy restaurants, tacos, pizza, and wonderful coffee shops. We like to walk or ride bicycles, there is electric transportation with the bird and other competitors at corners close by.
