Enjoy a comfortable stay just minutes away from downtown Orlando, cafes, restaurants, and all of the attractions. Newly renovated and fully furnished with everything you need to have a wonderful stay in Orlando. We truly want our guests to be comfortable during their stay and worked to create a comfortable, cozy, and well-conceived space so that you can relax and enjoy your time in our garden cottage. The cottage is a detached, stand-alone, studio with a queen size bed, kitchenette with air fryer, toaster oven, 2 hub hot plate, blender, sink, and microwave, along with a refrigerator. The bathroom has a stand up shower, sink, and toilet. It's approximately 400 SF with a small deck off the front door with plants, chairs, and a small table. The space is clean, airy, and has a new split system so it's very comfortable. Access is via our side gate and pathway as it is behind the main house. The cottage is nicely decorated and the deck has assorted plants and flowers. The cottage and the deck are for guests. The only shared space is the walkway along the side of the main house. We are here if you need anything from an extra towel to restaurant recommendations. We live in the main house and can help with anything you may need during your stay. Eola Heights is a historic neighborhood with a diverse population and heaps of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries within walking distance. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and quiet. Downtown is 1.1 miles away and the attractions are 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes from here and you can Uber or Lyft for a reasonable price. The neighborhood is centrally located with a cafe and pizza place across the street. There are many types of cuisine nearby including Thai, Vietnamese, French, Japanese, Mexican, and American. There are also live music venues and your choice of bars within walking distance. We are also less than a 10-minute drive from the Amway Center, Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, and Camping Stadium. The Orange County Convention Center is approximately 25 minutes by car as well as Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld.
