Situated in the heart of the Mills50 District, this house offers easy access to a vibrant array of local shops, Orlando’s top dining options, coffee shops, and lounges. The House was built by 1932. It is about 1,100 square feet and has a full size kitchen, full size dining room (with a small sofa/futon bed), a living room with a workstation and sofa bed (queen size), and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The rear of the house is only accessible to the Owners from the outside and has a laundry room, storage room, and an office. The Owners do sometimes work in the office (especially during the week) but they won't bother you, as they don't use the rest of the house during your stay so that you have the house to yourself. Guests have access to the bedroom and all the shared living spaces within the home, including access to the front and backyard. As the majority of the home is available, you come and go as you please during your stay using the keyless entry. We are typically available, and can even stop by if needed, but we do have small children so that is usually how we are spending our free time. On rare occasions Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, we may even be in the office in the back. Regardless, you can reach us on the Airbnb app as we have great success interacting with guests that way. We are in the Park Lake Highland neighborhood of the Mills 50 District. It is a great neighborhood, very walkable. Parking is free on our street, and you can park in the driveway for your stay. There are dozens of places to eat and drink within walking distance, or you can rent a scooter or a bicycle. They are usually parked within a couple blocks of the house. We ask that guests respect the space, therefore, the House Rules are as follows: • NO parties or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the home. * Exceeding occupancy may result in cancellation or extra fees. • Booking guest must be at least 21 and stay for the entire reservation. • NO smoking on premises • The queen bed is a Murphy Bed. We ask guests to not attempt to move the bed to prevent injury to self or damage to property. • Trash must be disposed of in the appropriate bin outside (Green: Recyclables, Black: Trash) • Any used kitchen utensils must be cleaned prior to checking out. • Pets are not allowed unless discussed prior to your booking.
