Livingston Hideaway is a private one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest unit in downtown Orlando, just steps from Lake Eola, dining, and nightlife. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, and the unit also includes a full-sized kitchen, cozy living area with a queen sleeper sofa, and a private entrance for convenience. Relax in your fenced outdoor area with a hot tub, putting green, seating, screened-in porch, patio, and fire pit. Free parking is available in the shared area, giving you easy access while keeping your space private. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it perfect for business travelers, while couples will enjoy a quiet, residential setting. Thoughtfully updated interiors blend historic charm with modern comforts, creating an ideal retreat for a getaway, business trip, or home away from home. You will receive a unique code to use on our keyless entry system during your stay. You will have private access to the entire back guest unit during your stay which is completely fenced-in with wooden privacy fencing. The only shared space is the parking area outside the fence. Our preferred method of communication is through the Airbnb app as it helps to keep everything organized in one place. Lake Eola Heights is Orlando’s oldest neighborhood and many of the houses are almost 100 years old. The abundance of sidewalks let’s you explore the brick covered streets as you enjoy the beauty of mature oaks covered in Spanish moss and the architecture of the historical homes. One of the reasons we fell in love with Lake Eola Heights is that it is centrally located to TONS of dining, shopping, entertainment, sports, coffee shops, and nightlife destinations. Walking most places is easy but there are also scooter rentals and rideshare services readily available.
