We welcome one house-trained dog with prior host approval and agreement to the house rule that the dog is not allowed on the bed. We are sorry but no cats due to guest allergies.
In addition to all the parks and attractions, there is a Farmer’s Market every Sunday, Sunday 10am-3pm at Lake Eola Park, walking distance from our place.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
