🌿 A boutique tropical escape designed for comfort and relaxation located in the heart of Orlando in the historic Lake Eola Heights neighborhood. All the amenities of home provided in a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy a lush outdoor space with games and relaxation zones under majestic oak trees. ✔️one block from Lake Eola ✔️walking distance to Dr. Phillips Center and the Kia Center ✔️20 minutes to airport ✔️30 minutes to Disney ✔️20 minutes to Universal The guesthouse is a one bedroom, one bath, second floor unit above our garage located behind our historic home. The entrance is completely private, and there are no shared spaces with other guests. The queen size bed in the bedroom features a high-quality pillow top cloud mattress . The sectional sofa can be modularly arranged to act as another bed. This would be a great opportunity for children or teenagers, but may not be the best option for full-size adults. There is also a queen size air mattress available upon request to use as an additional sleeping surface. Our guest have access to a lovely outdoor entertainment zone that is located outside the pool cage. You can access this space by going around the backside of the property and through the wooden gate. All area areas outside of the pool cage are available for guest use. My husband and I both work from home and are generally on property in the front house. We are happy to help accommodate any of our guest needs or wishes. I operate a home salon in the main house so even Salon services are just a step away :-) Our area of Orlando is extremely walkable. There’s so much to see and do within just a 10 minute walk. If you need or would like suggestions on places to go, things to do, or what to eat just ask :-)
