Welcome to the Pool House! Our newly renovated detached pool house is located in the heart of downtown Orlando, in the Lake Eola Heights Historic District. We are two blocks to beautiful Lake Eola and all the dining and entertainment that Orlando has to offer. The Pool House has everything you need for a relaxing time at home, yet all the entertainment at your finger tips! Downtown living with a tropical escape!
You have your own private entrance with full access to the pool and backyard. The Pool House is great for someone who wants the resort feeling with a great price and fantastic location! The pool area and backyard are private and is not shared. There is a semi- kitchen: sink, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, eating/drinking utensils. We are a 5 minutes walk to some amazing restaurants. There is also an outdoor grill and bar if you choose to stay home and enjoy the your private oasis.
You will get a unique code for your stay. We have a keyless entry system and will send it to you a few days before your stay. We do not use the backyard when we have guests. We allow our guests to have full access to the pool and backyard. It is yours to have for your stay!
The Lake Eola Heights Historic District is one of Orlando’s oldest and most architecturally diverse neighborhoods. Architectural design of different eras is prominently displayed in churches, homes, and markings. Styles include Colonial Revival, Craftsman, Mediterranean Revival, Mission Revival, Art Deco and Minimal Traditional. What's most enjoyable about this neighborhood is that you are walking distance to all that is the City of Orlando! Being so close to Downtown gives you access to practically everything you need.
Walking is the best option for anything local! We also have scooter/bike rentals almost at every corner. Just download the app and they will get you anywhere without breaking a sweat!

The pool is not heated and can get a bit cold in the winter months. But can be heated for an additional fee. A minimum of three days at $30 a day. Each day after $20 a day.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
