Lee and his wife, Elizabeth, to open a dairy farm east of Orlando in 1925. Three years later, the first flight arrived at Orlando Municipal Airport up the street. In the decades since, The Milk District, still anchored by its namesake dairy, has evolved into a diverse community of small businesses, residents, and visitors. A car is recommended for getting around the city. However, Uber and Lyft are affordable options for groups. ESSENTIALS PROVIDED: - You can expect a starter supply of items such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, body wash, shampoo, and hair conditioner. Starter supplies are not unlimited supplies. OUTDOOR AREA Outside has beautiful and large oak trees. We maintain the outside as much possible, but leaves can still blow in. Please exercise an abundance of caution when walking under the oak trees. While we do maintain them, branches can still fall. Side yard visible in the pictures is available to use. Backyard area behind the fence gate is not included in the listing or pictures of the property and we are not actively maintaining the area. RENOVATIONS: The bedrooms and bathrooms were recently renovated, however, there are still a few imperfections in the home. Tiles have a few damages/cracks that we are aware of and will address in the next round of fixes. AIRPORTS & ATTRACTIONS: - Orlando International Airport: we are 9.9 miles away, about 19 minutes without traffic. - Orlando Executive Airport: 1.4 miles away, 4 minutes without traffic - FL-408 Highway (access to all major highways):
