A quick walk to beautiful Leu Gardens in an easily accessible residential neighborhood of Orlando. Close to all the action, but also far enough away if you are looking for peace and quiet. There are several bars, breweries and restaurants minutes by car and you can also Uber downtown within 10 minutes. The AdventHealth Hospital is 3 minutes by car. Everything from Disney and theme parks to nightlife and nature are about a 30 minute drive away. If you need help deciding what to do, just ask. The kitchen is a chef's paradise equipped with 8 person glass dining table. The living room houses a large, reclining sectional and 85" smart tv. The master bedroom has a California King size bed, reading chair, 55" TV, walk-in closet, and spacious bathroom with tub and shower. Spacious guest bedrooms come equipped with large tv, king size bed, desk, monitor, keyboard, and office chair. The pool is 3 ft in the shallow end and goes to 6ft. There is an outdoor shower, half bath and dining table for enjoyment. Please note there is no hot tub/spa. There is a shallow sitting area off the pool that looks like a hot tub/spa but it is just extension of the pool; neither are heated. The pool does not have an enclosure so leaves and bugs are naturally going to fall in. The pool filter and vacuum runs daily. Guests are encouraged to use the available pool net to get any leaves or debris that fall in the pool outside of the system running. Private Home, Pool, and Yard Keypad Lock used for Check-In We have a temporary work assignment in California so please make yourselves at home in our beautiful space while we are away.
