Clean & spacious room in the milk district near downtown Orlando with your own dedicated bathroom! A super convenient location with restaurants, cafes, vintage shop within walking distance or a short drive! A workspace, coffee station & a mini-fridge is also provided in the room. It's centrally located, around 15 mins drive from Universal Studios and 25 mins from Disney parks! Historic downtown winter park only 15 mins by 🚗. Beautiful lake Eola only 5 mins away Closest beach about an hr away. The room is on the second floor of a townhome that we currently live in. There are some steps 🪜 to get to the room. We would really appreciate it if the outside shoes are taken off and kept in the entrance hallway or the garage. Guests are welcome to use the patio and the firepit in the backyard. We are friendly introverts that love to help people but will usually also stay out of your way 😄 We have a 20-lb golden doodle puppy that is usually home. Her name is Lulu and she is a people lover. She can be super excited to see people but she will be behind a gate and we will make sure she does not bother our guests or interrupt their space! 🤗 unless the guests want her to!😄
