There is a small patio with two chairs to enjoy morning coffee or a cool drink in the beautiful Florida sunshine! You will have the entire studio with private entry to yourself. Please only use the deadbolt lock when leaving the property. If you lock the door lock on the inside you will lock your self out. Please keep door shut as we live in a tropical climate and we want to keep our insects outside!! If you will have a car during your stay parking is not directly in front of the unit and is located 1/2 block away. Parking is street parking and is available readily.
