Key Features: Living Room: A comfortable space to unwind, featuring a queen-size pull-out couch for additional guests. Bedroom: Enjoy a restful night's sleep on a cozy queen-size bed, set against a stylish dark accent wall. Kitchen: Fully equipped for all your culinary needs, including utensils, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, and a complete set of cooking ware. Bathroom: Clean and modern, with a convenient in-unit washer and dryer. Extra linens and towels are available upon request. Private Outdoor Oasis: Your own private backyard features a large wooden deck shaded by a beautiful live oak tree. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire cottage and its private backyard. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay. Private Entrance: The cottage has its own separate entrance and driveway parking. Self Check-In: The front door is equipped with a smart lock for easy, keyless self-check-in. Your unique access code will be provided just before your arrival. Check-in time is 3 pm and checkout time is 11 am. If you need to arrive earlier or checkout later, please request ahead of time and we will try to accommodate. Due to cleaning schedules between bookings, we cannot accommodate all requests. If the cleaning crew is turned away due to a late checkout that was not scheduled ahead of time, a $50 late checkout fee will be assessed. We value your privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we won't be on-site, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or recommendations. Please feel free to reach out to us through the app at any time during your stay. Please be mindful of any street signage that may indicate parking restrictions in certain areas. If you have any questions about where to park, please don't hesitate to ask. Up to 2 Pets are allowed for an additional fee ($75 total for stay) - this will be included in the total price shown as long as you choose the number of pets when booking. Please note that pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets are not allowed on furniture (couches, chairs, and beds). Pets should be crated when let unsupervised in the cottage.
