This luxury guesthouse (on the same property as our main house but they are completely separate) is a hidden oasis conveniently located in the middle of downtown Winter Park (Rollins College/Full Sail) and UCF. It's roughly 10 minutes to each. Close to 417 expressway (toll road) so you can easily get around to the other areas of Orlando. Note: The guesthouse is 35 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal Studios and 20 minutes to Orlando International Airport. Although the guest house is on the same property as our main house, our goal is to make all of our guests feel welcome and comfortable. We do not encroach on your space, but we will also sit and have a conversation if you want. We are very laid back and easy going and love sharing our beautiful property with other people. Our "neighborhood" is completely secluded, yet right in the middle of everything. Uber is the best option here, there is also Amtrak which is 10 minutes away, and a bus stop around the corner. Plenty of parking is available to our guests. -Our maximum amount of guests is 6, along with being the maximum amount of people on the property in general, including any approved visitors. We do not allow small gatherings, parties or any extra people if they are not listed on the reservation. It is too much liability. I do make exceptions, if within reason, but it must be discussed prior to your arrival. -Extra precautions are always taken to ensure the home is clean. The entire couch/cushions are vacuumed, sprayed with Lysol and an enzyme treatment. The same steps are taken with each mattress, and decor and bed pillows. The pillows are also steamed and sanitized in the dryer. The remotes and switches are wiped and sprayed with Lysol, amongst other things. Every bedding item is washed between stays. I’m very OCD so I notice everything when cleaning anyways!
