This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse offers privacy and coziness, flooded with natural light. We keep our floors and rugs very clean by not wearing shoes inside our home. One of the bedrooms is equipped with black-out curtains and a TV for added comfort and relaxation. Please note that the nightly rate is based on double occupancy, covering the first two guests. Any additional guests must be added to the reservation, ensuring that your booking accurately reflects the total number of guests, either three or four. Wifi information is available on the wallboard downstairs before the bedroom entrance Rest assured that ample parking space is available in the driveway, accommodating an RV or up to four cars comfortably. Access to the property is available either in person or via keypad entry, with instructions provided on the same day of your arrival. For additional check-in and check-out specifics, please refer to the house rules. Additionally, we kindly ask that there be no parties, NO SMOKING/NO VAPIG/NO DRUGS anywhere inside or outside the property. A fine of $500 will be assessed if found. We kindly suggest to remove your outside shoes 👟👞👢👠 when you come in to keep our floors and rugs SPARKLING CLEAN 🤩. There's an open closet as soon as you enter on the left-hand side where you can keep your shoes. Our place is beautiful, super clean, and newly rebuilt and we want to maintain it that way and respect all our guests, family, and friends who want to stay in a nice, clean place free of undesirable smells. As much we love animals, they are not allowed due to my chronic asthma/allergy problems We appreciate your understanding and consideration. There's also a sofa but is NOT a sleeper sofa, please DO NOT sleep on the sofa.
