I-Ride Trolley Service & Lynx Public Bus Service offer transportation to SeaWorld Orlando for a small bus fare. Note - Food & beverages at the restaurant, laundry expenses, shuttle bus & are not included with your nightly rate. The kitchen at the apartment does not include groceries or food for your stay. The condo itself has a kitchenette, basic utensils, full-sized refrigerator, appliances, 55" TV, guest closet, dresser, & sofa bed. There is a balcony with unobstructed lake-front views & views of the I-drive skyline. There are credit card only laundry facilities on the 3rd & 4th floors, plus ice machine & vending machine on the 5th floor. There are 2 elevators located on the south side of the building. There are 2 stairwells - one is right outside the unit & the other is near the elevators. Over 200 world class attractions, dining options, nightlife, shops, and shows within walking distance of the apartment. Host provides a Welcome Guide full of theme park "secrets" & recommendations for you to maximize the enjoyment of your stay with us. Lastly, this apartment is NO Smoking & pets are prohibited by building management. The Host is a full-time real estate professional & will be more than happy to assist you during your stay. He is not on-site, but is local & lives in the area. You have complete privacy. Important - there's a no pet policy at the complex. You have peace & quiet without any interruptions or awkward shared living spaces. Condo has a keypad system. Private bathroom inside the condo. Private balcony without any visibility to or from the neighboring condo units (no "fish bowl" effect.) Lastly, Airbnb highly encourages all communications to be conducted through the message center. Host will provide timely responses. - The apartment is located literally within walking distance to approx. 200 bars, restaurants, shops, museums, shows, attractions, rides, theme parks and so much more. If you want to be in the center of it all, our apartment is the place to be. Top International Drive attractions include Sea World, Icon Park/Orlando Eye, Pointe Orlando, Fun Spot, Orlando International Premium Outlets, and the Orange County Convention Center. - Universal Studios is only about 1 miles away (5 min. by car or 20 min. by foot). - Orange County Convention Center is located approx. 2 miles south along either International Drive or Universal Blvd. - SeaWorld is located 4 miles directly south on International Drive. - Disney World is the biggest amusement park in the world & the attractions/parks range in distance. Generally, Disney theme parks are located approximately 9-13 miles southwest of the apartment & 50-80% of the distance is highway travel along the Interstate 4. Typical commute times range from 14-24 minutes. - Host provides a Welcome Guide inside of the apartment that is full of tips & recommendations for shopping, dining, transportation, theme parks, nightlife & other expert advice. - Most guests walk everywhere, but there is the I-Ride Trolley service operating daily with a stop only 1 block from the apartment. A daily pass is only $5.00. - Uber & Lyft drivers are everywhere in Central Florida & readily available at all hours. - If you have a vehicle, there is plenty of parking on-site. We provide guests with a Free parking permit. - As of 2022, there is a 3rd party, private shuttle bus service being offered to Disney World ($14) & Universal Orlando ($8). Reservations must be booked online in advance. Details are available through bus service, which is unaffiliated with the Host or Airbnb. - Universal Orlando is located only about 1 mile from the apartment & there is a free Universal shuttle bus available at Endless Summer Resort located at the corner of Universal Blvd & International Drive. - Building is zoned for short-term rental & operated legally within Orange County laws. - Check-in time is 4pm EDT & Check-out is 12pm EDT. We make every effort to go above & beyond for our guests, but unfortunately, in order to allow our team to adequately service the apartment between stays, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Guests are booking this specific apt. & our professional cleaning crew requires sufficient time to properly sanitize the property. We're very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. - Building management has updated its policy on deliveries and guest may now place online orders, such as Amazon, Walmart or Best Buy; and retrieve packages at the Front Desk only. Guests will need to show photo identification to pick-up their deliveries. - Unfortunately, we do not have capabilities for secured luggage storage & our professional cleaning crew needs full access to the apartment to prepare for guests' arrivals. There's no bell hop service at the building. - We provide free parking & guests are allowed to park on-site ahead of 4pm check-in. Guests are welcome to use the community amenities, as well. We can also connect you with 2 local luggage storage/delivery companies in the area that charge a nominal fee for their services. - The apartment has a new 55" flat screen Samsung TV with over 500 channels of entertainment. Channel List is in the red Welcome Guide. - The apartment is in the economy/budget traveler price range & although we make all efforts to provide basic essentials for our guests, in order to minimize costs, we do NOT provide selected household items, food products or other goods that are not typical for the industry. Examples: laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toothpaste, mouthwash, hair products, napkins, trash bags, cooking oil, tea, food/meals & other groceries that are guest's responsibility to provide. - Host provides the following consumable items free-of-charge for guests: hand soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, filters, cream, and sugar. Host also provides toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels, paper towels, tissues, dish towel, bedroom linens, basic cookware & utensils. - In response to questions from guests, there is no parking garage or gas utilities on-site, therefore no carbon monoxide detector. - We do NOT provide daily housekeeping services & guests are provided with 2 sets of towels for their stay. We do NOT provide an unlimited supply of towels. For guests staying longer than one week, we are willing to offer a one-time complimentary "refresh" cleaning service with all new towels & linens. - There's a bath tub in the only bathroom, but to be used for showers only. - Host is a full-time real estate professional, property mgr. & licensed to practice real estate in FL. - If you have any other questions, please feel free to message the Host & receive a timely response.
