Welcome to my spacious Orlando home in a quiet gated community, just about 10 minutes from MCO Airport. This listing includes two private queen bedrooms and a private bathroom for your group. You’ll also have access to shared spaces including the kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and pool. Please note: this is a shared home, and I may also be on-site during your stay. Key Features: Entrainment: TV includes Netflix, HBO Max, and Disney+. Smart Home: Experience an Alexa connected home. This is a 2 story home in a gated community. Your rooms will be on the 2nd floor with a private bathroom. The second room is not connected to the bathroom but will only be shared by your group. You will have access to the living room, family room, kitchen and best of all the pool with an outdoor sofa. I am an engineer so expect some technology and automation (Alexa). Guess are welcome to use the pool, kitchen, half bathroom downstairs, and laundry room. I do also travel a lot and like to interact with people so you're welcome to ask me anything. If I'm in Orlando I don't mind giving recommendations for places to visit. This is a really beautiful gated community. It is pretty quiet expect for some holidays my neighbor do have events. There is also a community center with it's own pool, lake and play area. Orlando in general is best with a car but I do have the city bus stop right in front of the neighborhood and the Sun rail Sand Lake station is about 15 minutes walk. I travel often, so there may be times when I am not physically on-site, but I remain available through Airbnb messaging. Note: pool is not heated. Large trash cans are located in the garage. Blue for recycling.
