Entire guest suite. The Groves (2)

This private guest suite is connected to our home but completely exclusive with a separate entrance and no access to the main house. It's conveniently located 20 minutes from Universal Studios and 30 minutes from Disney World Theme Parks. Guests will have a gated entrance separate from the main home. This private suite has all the comforts of home just minutes from all the major attractions. Perfect place to crash after spending all day at the parks, visiting for a sporting event, or business travel. The private suite can fit a maximum of 2 people. It features a queen size bed, a table for 2, a TV where you can sit back and stream Netflix or Amazon and it also has a small fridge. The bathroom, sink and shower are perfect to help you relax. It also has a spacious closet for you to put your belongings or days worth of shopping :). We enjoy meeting our guests and can be involved in your stay as much or as little as you prefer. The neighborhood is very safe and we live off of a quiet street that is well lit. Check out time is at 11 am however, if no other guests are booked on the same day, then checkout will be flexible. The AC is controlled from the main house and it is set to 70F. There is a ceiling fan and tower fan if you prefer more cooling options.
