If you are looking for a unique place you found it! Where else can you find 6 acres only 5 minutes from Downtown? Lakefront property on a quiet lake. Cute little cottage perfect to accommodate a small group. We are a short driving distance to the attractions. The property is very unique. It is located on Clear lake only 5 minutes from Downtown Orlando on 5 acres of land. We have been living here for over 20 years in the house next door. It is our little oasis, gated and quiet. The house you will be renting is overlooking the lake and facing west, so you will be getting the best sunset every night! You will have the whole house to yourselves, you will not be sharing the home with anyone, so you will have privacy and plenty of space. We do live on the property but not in the same building, we live in a separate house. The property is located on 5 acres and some areas might have taller plants. it will not be fully trimmed like a normal size house. there are no street lights on property, so it will be darker in areas away from buildings. it is peaceful We have Loupa the super friendly wolf dog (she loves everyone and likes meeting new guests). I wish I could describe the property itself but it's a bit difficult to, you need to see it in person to understand! We are creative people and you will find a giant robot, cow painted Buddha sculpture, a giant Tiki sculpture that will greet you at the gate and a Kangaroo Gargoyle by the dock... There's more, but you have to see it for yourself. The house itself is not new, not fancy but we did a lot of renovations and will be spotless. It is a small little cottage with 3 bedrooms. Plenty of space to hang out in the living room and dining room overlooking the lake. 2 beds are Queen size beds and we also have 2 small sofa beds in one room. We can accommodate 6 people (the sofa beds are not very wide). Large kitchen with plenty of prep space and everything you might need to cook a meal. Coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. We will supply shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, blow dryer, iron (Ironing board is in laundry wood in recessed wall wooden cabinet) All beds come with clean sheets and linens and plenty of pillows. I was the duvet covers every single time a guest checks out. 2 bathrooms. The 1st one has a large shower with glass doors. The second bathroom is large and has a shower / tub (Clawfoot tub can only be used as shower currently, as it needs to be refinished). The living room is a large space where you can relax and enjoy the view. The TV is a Roku television where you can watch diverse show including live tv. You can relax on the back of the house. If you are planning on renting to throw a party, because you were previously here at a gathering or because you are visiting friends or neighbors on lake who are having a party... please do not book my place. There are 5 buildings on property. be courteous and respectful to my other tenants. Please do not walk into the fenced yard where Iive (red brick house) I work weird hours, so a text might be more convenient. Would love to meet and suggest places or things to do. Our street is very quiet and there is no car traffic. It is a gated property. You will need to have a car to get around. There's a bus stop down the street, but Orlando has not so great public transportation and you would spend a lot of time wasted. Car rental is fairly inexpensive. Uber or Lift is even easier. We are located 5 minutes from Downtown, 15 minutes from Universal Studios, 25 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Seaworld. 7 minutes from the mall at Millenia. Less than 15 minutes from the Outlet mall. 20 minutes from the Orlando International airport. 45 minutes from Cocoa beach. We are near I-4 and also 408 highways.
